Join us as a (Intermediate) Usability Engineer / User Experience Designer (m/f/d) in our Munich Studio.

Your Responsibilities

• Planning and execution of user research and usability tests (e.g. interviews, focus groups, expert reviews, contextual inquiry)
• Evaluation of results, derivation of insights for concepts and preparation of results based on user journeys, personas, etc.

• Clarification of user requirements with stakeholders

• Creation of interaction concepts and information architectures for digital and analog products based on sketches, wireframes, prototypes, user stories, etc.

• Planning and execution of workshops (design thinking, ideation, etc.)

• Close cooperation with colleagues from the other teams Visual Design, Creative Technology, Industrial Design, Brand Research & Strategy

Your Profile

• Completed studies in the field of psychology, human computer interaction, human factors, interaction design, media sciences or comparable training
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the described area of responsibility

• Familiar with user-centered product development

• Experience with user research and common usability and user experience methods 

• Experience in wireframing and prototyping and related tools, e.g. AdobeXD, InVision

• Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills 

• Independent, structured way of working and good self-organization

• Please note: Proficiency in German (min. C1) and English language is required for this position.
